How do I find exhibitors and products on the platform?
Quick Search
Quick Search offers the possibility to search the site quickly and effectively using keywords. These can be multilingual. When you entered the search term, you can choose if you want to see all results, or only exhibitors, products, or participants.
Only results which contain all search terms are presented. Search is not influenced by the order of keywords.
To see detailed information of one of the entries in the results list, simply click on the respective title. A new page will open, where you’ll find all available information on the entry of your choice.
Advanced Search
Advanced Search makes it possible to redefine your search.
If needed, you can search for a specific name, pick one or more product groups and countries, or add a free-text-search. All the filters can be combined with each other. To see detailed information of one of the entries in the results list, simply click on the respective title. A new page will open, where you’ll find all available information on the entry of your choice.
How can I save interesting exhibitors and product groups, to view them again later and plan my stay at the fair effectively?
You have the possibility to save interesting items with a click on the grey star on the right side; this will add them to your notes. The star next to the product or exhibitor will become yellow as soon as you have saved it.
The notes are located on the right part of the screen at any time. You can use it to print exhibitors or products, or to print the shortest itinerary on the tradeshow which allows you to visit all your memorized items. If you would like to save your items for more than one session, please register for the area 'My Account'.
My Account
This area is a set of features which helps you to plan your trade show visit:
- Notes: This is where you will find all your saved exhibitors and products. You can filter, order, and print them, add comments, recommend them to others, and create an itinerary.
- Emails: Receive important information about your account, as well as messages from the platform or other registered users of the platform who want to get in touch with you.
- eNewsletter: We provide you with a free, personalized newsletter which keeps you informed about all new products, services, and exhibitors which might be of interest to you. This newsletter is based on information chosen by you, which guarantees that only information relevant to your search criteria reaches your inbox. You can alter your settings at any time.
- My Profile: View and update or delete your personal data under which you’ll be listed on the platform.
How can I get in contact with an exhibitor when I’m interested in his products?
Send email
You can either use the messages-feature in the area 'My Account', or send an email directly from the exhibitor’s entry.
You will find a form on the right side of every exhibitor or product entry where you can easily send a message to the respective exhibitor.
With this form it is also possible, to arrange an appointment with the exhibitor. Simply choose a day and time which suits you at point three. Your request will be sent to the exhibitor and they will get in touch with you.
How can I recommend interesting entries to others?
First, go to the entry you would like to recommend. You will find the button 'Recommend' on the upper right side of the screen. Click on it.
On the next page you’ll be asked to enter your email address, the recipients email address, and a short message. Once you have entered all information simply click 'Send' and the email will be sent.
